• I use an official Ukrainian carrier Ukrposhta via airmail
• You will be provided with tracking number of your parcel

• to Europien countries - 14-21 business days
• to USA, Canada, Japan - 21-45 business days

I accept item refund within 3 days after parcel is delivered. But I always try to do my best to satisfy all customer needs and preferences, so I hope that refund case is really rare. But please be aware that in case of refund shipment costs, Etsy (3.5%) & Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) is non-refundable. If you want to cancel your order before the item is made and send - please be aware that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).
